Returns

Returns are accepted on all new and unused (uninstalled) merchandise in its original packaging, up to 30 days of sale.

All returned items have a 20% restock fee.

Over 30 days – Contact us for authorization.

All items must have a RMA number clearly on the return Box.

Return Procedure

Please contact us via support@heatingandairparts.com, to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

When we have received and processed the return, we will issue a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase in the amount of the item, plus any applicable tax, less restock fees. Shipping costs are reimbursed only when the return is due to an error that we made.


Shipping

LennoxOEMParts.com uses FED EX to ship a majority of repair parts purchased. In some special circumstances other shippers may be used. If there is a delay in shipping your part, or if the part is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we know. You can cancel the order for any part that is delayed in shipping.


Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order after going through the checkout process, please call us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If the product has already shipped you will have to follow our return process.


Defective Merchandise

Returns for reason of defective merchandise will be sent to the manufacturer for verification. Please be aware that this process can take up to three (3) months. Upon confirmation from the manufacturer that the merchandise is defective, a refund will be issued to the customer. Restocking fees will not apply.


Part Warranty

All parts purchased from our store come with a manufacturer's warrantee for one full year from the original date of purchase. At our option, we'll repair or replace any defective product for a full year following the original date of purchase. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable; however, the purchaser will not be billed for shipment of the replacement. Purchaser must be issued a RMA number to return an item. Purchaser must pay for all shipping expenses for the returned product. We will replace or repair every part we sell. We will send a replacement for any part that fails under normal use within one year of the purchase date of invoice.


Damaged Freight

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, do not accept delivery from the carrier and it will be sent back to us. We will then send you new merchandise. If you accept delivery of damaged goods the property becomes yours and you will need to file a claim with the carrier.


Payment Options

At Heatingandairparts.com we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as PAYPAL. We do not accept checks or money orders. We are proud to partner with Authorize.net for all of our Credit card transactions.
